My weekend at Park Regis Birmingham was quite mixed. While the hotel was stylish and the staff were friendly and attentive, my experience was marred by some unexpected issues with noise and room assignments. Overall, I appreciated the spacious room and the attentiveness of the staff, but the lack of effective communication regarding my special requests left me feeling a bit disappointed.
