While the hotel was stylish and the staff were friendly and attentive, my experience was marred by some unexpected issues with noise and room assignments. Overall, I appreciated the spacious room and the attentiveness of the staff, but the lack of effective communication regarding my special requests left me feeling a bit disappointed.
